Great Lakes Athletic Fields, Inc. Appoints Project Superintendent

Buffalo, NY – Jim Hornung, Jr., owner and president of Great Lakes Athletic Fields (GLAF), Inc., announces the appointment of Robert P. Sanderson to the position of project superintendent for GLAF, a fully-insured athletic field services, construction and consultation company that serves the Great Lakes Region.

In his new position, Sanderson will be responsible for project management oversight for current company projects. He will report to Alan R. Dungey, sales manager for GLAF, and be based in Rochester, NY.

Sanderson previously served as grounds and landscape manager for Sodexo Campus Services at Nazareth College. He is a member of the board of directors of the New York State Turfgrass Association (NYSTA), where he also serves on the Executive and Education Committees. A hockey player for more than 24 years, Sanderson also served as a youth hockey coach. Sanderson resides in Henrietta, NY.
